Picking the perfect play list
Need music for your wedding ceremony? We have you covered! Our ceremony sound package includes 30 minutes of prelude music while your guests arrive, 30 minutes of sound engineering services during your ceremony including wireless mics, processionals, interlude music, and recessionals. The package also includes postlude music while your guests head over to your reception venue from the ceremony site. Not sure what music to use? We have countless premade playlist suggestions for you to pick from, or we can assist you in flushing out a playlist of your own design.
Do you need microphones?
Don't think you need mics for your ceremony? Please be aware that one of the most frustrating things for guests of a wedding ceremony is when they can't hear what's going on. The ceremony is the most important part of the day! It's the whole reason for the event in the first place! When you have your wedding outside you are at the whim of the weather, let alone subject to the noise created by the venue's neighbor down the street who decides to mow the grass as soon as your ceremony starts , or the catering truck arriving late with the food for your event. Over the years we have done 1000's of ceremonies, and we can tell you from experience, as soon as your ceremony starts, roofers down the street will start installing shingles, planes and trains will come roaring through the valley, or some teenagers with too many speakers in their car will start having a tailgate party somewhere in the distance. It always happens! That ambient background noise can be very distracting, and can also drown out your officiant and make it hard for your guests to hear what's going on. Especially for the older folks! That's why we always recommend using mics for a wedding ceremony. If you would like to add microphones, our ceremony sound package is available. We will provide a lapel/lavaliere mic or a headset for your officiant, and then a handheld for any readers.
With our ceremony music service, we provide a ceremony music planner in our online system, which which will help you select the music for your ceremony and will give your DJ all the music cues they will need.
